Why haven't I received a travel insurance policy number or certificate?

I purchased a policy online last evening and received an order I.D. number via email, but I haven’t received a travel insurance policy number or certificate. What happened?
Dan’s Answer:
In your case it was because your travel destination was Cuba and the policy you were purchasing was from Travelex. Travelex just needed to make sure that your travel plans fit into one of the 12 categories of approved licensed travel to Cuba before it releases a policy number.
