Travel Guard's Car Rental Collision Coverage (CRCC) includes up to $35,000 in comprehensive coverage minus a $250 deductible. Sold per vehicle, not per person, this valuable coverage includes cost of repairs for collision or comprehensive damage to a rental car, up to the limit of coverage, for which the car rental contract holds you responsible. The car must be rented from a recognized licensed auto rental company.
What's covered?
The Insurer will pay this benefit up to the Maximum Limit shown on the Schedule of Benefits subject to a $250 deductible. Coverage does not apply in countries or states where the sale of this insurance is prohibited by law. If the Insured rents a car while on his/her Trip, and the car is damaged due to collision, vandalism, windstorm, fire, hail or flood, while in his/her possession, the Insurer will pay the lesser of: (a) the cost of repairs and rental charges imposed by the rental company while the car is being repaired; or (b) the Actual Cash Value of the car. Coverage is provided to the Insured and TravelingCompanion, providing the Insured and Traveling Companion are licensed drivers, and are listed on the rental agreement. This coverage is primary to other forms of insurance or indemnity.

Will this plan provide coverage for a Camper Van?
No it will not. This coverage is for standard rental car passenger vehicles. Is this full coverage protection?
No it is not. This is protection for the rental car only should it be damaged while in your possession. There is no personal liability coverage should you damage other property.
